How Do We Teach?

Most educators teach for memorization and regurgitation.

That is not the Matheus Way!

    • Form and participate in student government to foster civic lessons and responsibilities of citizenship

    • Contract based rules of behavior to foster responsibility. (modified according to age)

  • • Students are assigned to different teams (Matheus Houses) to compete against each other for House Points

    • Individual and House Points awarded based on academic excellence, model behavior, and real life accomplishments

    • Winners are rewarded and recognized at the end-of-year ceremony
